Electra M&E Poland offers a full range of comprehensive FACILITY MANAGEMENT services, allowing each Client to select and combine them according to their needs. We provide all the necessary services related to the ongoing management, operation and maintenance of modern commercial and industrial buildings of any type and scale.

Facility Management:

Electra M&E Poland takes care of all the day-to-day maintenance needs of the facilities under its care, including maintenance, repairs, purchase of consumables and soft services, with the aim of providing the property owner with complete peace of mind and uninterrupted work for the property users.

In collaboration with the client, we develop a maintenance strategy tailored to the characteristics of each property, finding the optimal balance between needs and budget to achieve maximum performance at a specified cost level.

We believe that long-term contracts allow both parties to maximize the efficiency and value of services and create a culture based on quality, commitment and continuous improvement.

Service of electrical, low current and mechanical installations:

Electra M&E Poland, with a range of certifications and authorizations, provides warranty and post-warranty service and support for all types of electro-mechanical systems.

We service advanced and complex central air-conditioning systems, VRF systems and central and split air-conditioning units, ensuring that systems operate as efficiently, cleanly and economically as possible, while protecting the environment.

We provide service and maintenance of electrical systems in various facilities in Poland, including high and low voltage systems, UPS systems and generators and low current installations.

We have our own Service Center using advanced control systems and ensuring strict quality control at the highest level, with a dedicated engineer to oversee each project.

Our Mobile Technical Services are able to provide on-going maintenance to any facility in the country.

Fire protection installation service:

Electra M&E Poland includes installation and maintenance services for advanced fire detection and suppression systems. These systems are site-specific and designed for buildings of all sizes and types. Our team of professional experts handles all aspects of design, fabrication and warranty and post-warranty maintenance of the installation. We also provide ongoing maintenance of fire protection systems in accordance with our VdS certification.

Maintenance of production:

Electra M&E Poland, in the framework of expanding the scope of cooperation with existing Customers, offers services in the area of production maintenance. We provide comprehensive activities in the area of ongoing maintenance and inspections and repairs of production lines including relocation of machinery and equipment.

Rebuilding and repairs:

Electra M&E Poland performs renovation and finishing works at the highest level, making sure that projects are carried out according to the specified schedules and budgets. We perform complex finishing works in commercial buildings, factories and logistic centers. We are experienced in building and maintaining advanced mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.

Design and Engineering:

Electra M&E Poland’s design and engineering department offers a full range of activities at each stage of Project Management, including securing and overseeing supplier cooperation, training, environmental, health and safety supervision, ISO and knowledge management audits.

Complementary services:

Working with a group of proven suppliers and subcontractors, we are able to provide our clients with a comprehensive system of services in areas also outside our direct specialties, such as cleaning and grounds maintenance services, security services, landscaping, pest control (DDD), waste management, catering and administrative support services. All our subcontractors and suppliers are closely monitored throughout the contract period and our controlling department meticulously tracks KPIs, SLAs, insurance certificates and warranty terms.
